英语教师实习报告 实习生：XXX 从2009年10月底到11月底，我在宁乡县第六高级中学（以下简称宁乡六中）实习，在实习期间，先后任高一高二两个年级的英语老师。

坐落在宁乡一个镇上的六中，是一个典型的农村中学。 由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。

以下是对于我这个月的教学情况和调查报告。 教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。

学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。

最初到学校的时候，我对学校学生的基本情况和基础都不了解，也没有注意到学生这个角色在我的教学活动中的重要性。我一开始只是研究书本和教材，不断的翻阅资料，想方设法让课堂生动，而忽略了教学的内容和学生的联系，也没有注意去了解学生的水平。

在讲授第一堂课的时候，我碰了钉子。我按照自己的学习计划，跟着教案，上了一堂自认为生动又容易接受的英语课。

我在讲台上很卖力的说着事先准备好的教学内容，慢慢地发现学生从最初的满眼的期待渐渐失去了学习的兴趣，最后能认真听课的人越来越少。 课后，我认真听了同学们的反应，作了认真的思考才知道，学生们的基础没有我想象中的好，而我讲的口语大部分同学都听不懂，学生最开始听课，是冲着新老师那股新鲜感来的，由于对英语的掌握不够，听不懂了之后就干脆不听了。

可见，我上课之前没有了解学生的真实情况，让我的教学工作走了歪路。仔细想想，一方面，农村的学生，英语听说能力相对较弱。

尽管他们这几届的学生都是从小学三四年级就开始学英语，但是由于小学甚至初中的学校里教育设施从硬件上和软件上都没有一个相对较高的水平，硬件没有好的学习条件，没有语音室，没有多媒体设施， 而软件上没有很好的英语老师，他们的英语学习只强调了一个考试的时候有好的分数，几乎完全忽略了听英语的能力和说英语的能力，因此，授课的时候采用全英教学，同学们还不能适应。另一方面，我上课的班级比较活跃，上课的气氛一开始很积极，但是事实上学习成绩中等生占多数，尖子生相对较少，也就是说中下层面比较广。

把知识讲得不够详细就没有照顾到整体的水平。我备课的时候完全没有注意到这一点，因此才会出现教学的效果不理想。

由此，我得出的结论是，了解和分析学生的实习情况，事实求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课的效果有直接的影响。在教育学中，“备教法的同时要备学生”，这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

在教学活动中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。

实习的时候，有一个老师跟我说，“上课之前一定要备好课，备课备不好，还不如不上课，否则就上白费心机浪费时间。”我明白了备课的重要性之后，就花了很多的时间在备课上面，认认真真钻研教材和教案，不到满意的程度就不收工，后来的事实证明我是正确的 一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

例如，我在给学生上到Unit 3 的时候，这课的主题是“Looking good and feeling good ”，即“外表和健康”。我体会到这是一个学生比较感兴趣的话题，但是教学难度比较大，如果照本宣科的讲课，就浪费了一个好题材，学生提不起兴趣，当然就不能很好的理解这一单元的重点。

为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我到网上和别的地方找了很多与这个单元有关的知识，比如说有：有的人为了变漂亮而减肥整容的新闻消息；怎么样靠穿衣服和改变气质来改变外表的方法；还有关于运动对于人的身体的作用等等。

在这个单元的warm-up的环节，我计划用这些找的资料来引入这个单元的主题，然后再进入正题。事实证明我的想法是合适的，我的备课是成功的。

在进入单元的重点之前，我给学生们讲述的这些信息和资料和故事，让他们对于整个单元后面的学习非常的感兴趣，连平时候上课都不积极的几个男生也认真听了起来，对于我所用到的英语词汇和表达，有不懂的都积极的提了出来。这样的上课效果是对我认真备课的最好的回报。

由此可见 ，要上好一堂课，备课是非常关键和重要的，特别是对于英语这样一门学生们不甚熟悉的科目来说，充足的准备一堂课，会让学生学习起来更轻松，也会让教师教学变得不那么复杂。 备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好，但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力。

学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学，上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心。要做到让学生整堂课45分钟都投入到课堂上是很讲究方法的。

对于上课要让学生投入到学习中来，我的理解是，上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。对此， 我的做法就是，每天都要有保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然欢快的。

很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。

刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。

我现在上班近两个月了，在这短短一个多朋中，曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”， 自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。

但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么？刚开始。就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。

不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。

由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊！早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。

所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。 再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。

有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。

这个时候心里很开心；遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。

心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。

我现在要好好锻炼自己。再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。

别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。

现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在秘书这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：[1]与上司沟通不好；[2]上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任；[3]对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦；[4]与上司发生争执；[5]情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。古曰“天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，增益其所不能。”

遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。

学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。

复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作我都基本熟练。文秘管理要制发文件，处理文件和管理文件。

在各种文件中，大部分具有不同程度的保密性，而且各级秘书人员经常接近领导，看一些重要文件，参加一些重要会议，所以，秘书人员在公共场合活动时要注意内外有别，把握分寸，对什么应该说什么不应该说要心中有数。准确，是对工作质量的要求。

文秘管理的准确性是指正确体现政策，正确表达领导意图，正确地办文办事，言行有分寸，文字能达意。它在一定程度上保证领导工作的准备性。

文秘管理的准确性，涉及的方面很多，简要地说，就是：办文要准，办事要稳，情况要实，主。
